Job Description Health and Safety Lead by example in adhering to Health & Safety procedures holding all staff and contractors accountable to high safety and compliance standards. Identify and assess equipment and site hazards, implementing and maintaining effective risk controls and safe operating procedures to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely. Provide technical advice to winery teams on managing engineering-related hazards and appropriate control options.
